Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms regarding billing, subscription pass cancellations, and refund eligibility for digital invitation templates and services purchased on Digivite.in. As an Indian digital platform, we operate in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Pricing Transparency & Validity

All fees are transparently listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes:

₹0 / 100% Free

Free invitation creation, visual editor customization, music, photos, and private preview.

Digivite Wedding Pass

₹1,499 / 90 Days

90 days of live cloud hosting, direct WhatsApp sharing, RSVP tracking, and guest management.

3. Non-Recurring Purchase

Digivite Wedding Passes operate as a one-time fixed-duration purchase (90 days) and do not initiate automatic recurring debits against your bank account or UPI mandate. If you choose not to extend your pass, your live public access expires gracefully at the end of the 90 days while your designs and RSVP data remain safe in your dashboard.

4. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A. Digivite Wedding Pass (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial Wedding Pass activations, subject to the following fair-usage conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the payment timestamp.
  • The invitation has not been publicly shared or distributed to guests via WhatsApp or public links.

C. Refund Processing & Indian Banking Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source account (UPI ID, Netbanking account, Credit/Debit card). In accordance with standard banking settlement cycles in India (NPCI / RBI guidelines), refunds take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account statement.
